588wen Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and 588wen ("the platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the 588wen website, mobile application, and any associated services.

By accessing or using 588wen in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current Terms as well as any amendments that may be published.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 588wen, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate accounts or accounts operated by third parties on behalf of others are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion that applies to online gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

588wen reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending resolution, and any balances held during the suspension period may be frozen.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 588wen. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, contact details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date. Changes to contact details, address or payment information should be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Not share your account login credentials with any other person. 588wen accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to register using your identity.

588wen may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 588wen are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform does not handle foreign currency transactions or apply conversion charges.

Accepted deposit methods currently include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards

Deposits are typically credited to your balance within minutes of the transaction being completed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's bank or mobile wallet provider. 588wen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 588wen account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used. Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier — higher VIP tiers generally carry elevated deposit limits.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their original source.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, though many are completed sooner. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from prioritised processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• 588wen reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it enters a processing queue and cannot be cancelled except during a defined cancellation window. If you need to reverse a pending withdrawal, contact support as soon as possible — once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

588wen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses and event-based promotions tied to cricket matches such as PSL and T20 internationals.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game contributions: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the full promotions terms.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

588wen reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be informed of material changes to active promotions where reasonably possible.

07 Games & Betting

588wen provides access to a range of gaming products including slot games, fish shooting games, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football and esports) and table games. All games operate using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics supplied by third-party game providers.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on 588wen, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random processes or live events beyond 588wen's control. Results cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session, 588wen will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, 588wen relies on verified data providers for live scores and results. In the rare event of a data discrepancy, the official result from the relevant governing body (such as the PCB for Pakistan cricket) will be used as the determining factor.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These limits are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be voided.

588wen does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or provider-side issues.

08 VIP Programme

The 588wen VIP programme consists of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Crown. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity and is calculated automatically — no application is required.

VIP tier benefits include higher cashback rates, increased withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive promotions and, at Diamond and Crown tier, a dedicated account manager.

Important conditions of the VIP programme:

• VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis. Insufficient activity over a defined review period may result in a tier reduction. Players are notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits apply to the registered account holder only and are non-transferable.
• 588wen reserves the right to modify VIP tier structures, benefit levels and progression thresholds at any time. Existing tier benefits will be honoured for a reasonable transition period following any changes.
• Accounts found to have reached VIP tiers through fraudulent means — including using multiple accounts — will be reset to Bronze and may be subject to further penalties.

09 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use 588wen in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular human players.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at other players or 588wen staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or loopholes. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately. Players who exploit known bugs instead of reporting them will have associated winnings voided.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any support interaction.

10 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 588wen account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. 588wen staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 588wen account that is not reused across other websites or apps.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
• Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to that activity taking place.

588wen uses standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. Players are encouraged to use secure, private connections rather than public Wi-Fi when accessing the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588wen's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

588wen shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to an account not reported to 588wen in a timely manner.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind.

The platform is provided "as is" and 588wen makes no warranties — express or implied — about the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose or error-free operation of the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

588wen reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform, an in-app notification, or by email to the address registered on their account.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
